Location of vineyard plots: On slopes, Southeastern exposure

Location of plots: slopes in Régnié

Average age of vines: 4 years

Growing method: Simple guyot pruning, trellising, grass-seeded.

Winemaking method: Pneumatic pressing, cold settling, vat fermentation between 12°C and 14°C

Harvesting methods: Manual harvesting

Wine aging: Aging is half in stainless steel vats and about half in barrels.

Average shelf life: 2 to 3 years

Tasting: Superb, strong nose, with notes of tropical fruits (pineapple, mangoes) blended with well-balanced roasted aromas.

Supple, round and harmonious on the palate with a perfect "woody" note, good traits of the grape variety.
