Domaine Passot

Domaine Passot is a family estate of 15 hectares offering different Crus du Beaujolais and "Hors-Séries":
4 Beaujolais Crus (CHIROUBLES – FLEURIE – MORGON – REGNIE),
1 Burgundy Gamay,
1 rosé (Cuvée VICTOIRE),
1 white wine from the Viognier grape variety, also available in late harvest (la Revole)
2 sparkling wines: the aromatic Rosé Coup d’bulles “Méthode Ancestrale” and the Crémant de Bourgogne.
The family side takes on its full meaning since the two sons, Simon and Félix, were joined by their parents in 2017 and 2018, to represent the 6th generation of winegrowers at the Passot family.
