Wine aging: It is aged in stainless steel or epoxy coated cement vats for 7 months, then bottled during the months of April-May. Some prestige vintages are aged in vats for 9 to 12 months.
Average shelf life: 3 to 4 years
Tasting: A fragrant, round wine that releases a pleasant long finish on the palate. A cherry and ruby color. It has raspberry, red currant, prune, blackberry and black currant aromas with a spicy, mineral note. Subtle balance fresh red fruits structured by delicate tannins.
