THE Domaine
Passot

A family estate in the heart of the Beaujolais crus with Dominique and Rémy, the parents, who are now accompanied by their 2 sons, Félix and Simon, who represent the 5th generation of winegrowers in the family. Together they produce different Beaujolais and Hors-série wines on 15 hectares of vines.

Great visit with Félix who explained the winegrower's profession to us well. It was very interesting! Very good tasting of Beaujolais wines accompanied by a delicious charcuterie platter! We had a great time and learned a lot while having fun! 😉
